ECOSOL
Manual Salt Saturator
The Peacock Ecosol Saturator offers a simple and cost-effective method for the small scale production of liquid brines. The internal saturator tank holds salt and the external tank holds water. When the pump is activated, two are mixed together to produce a brine to your desired concentration, which can then be pumped directly to your sprayer or pre-wet spreader.
The tanks can be easily cleaned out following the accumulation of insoluble / debris, so any type of salt can be used to produce brine. To minimise cleaning times and maximise efficiency of operation, Peacock would always recommend using Marine De-Icing Salt with a purity of 99%.

MICROSOL
Mini Salt Saturator
The Peacock 1,000L Microsol Saturator, designed and manufactured in the UK, provides a simple, cost-effective solution for small-scale brine production. Ideal for temporary use or low-demand applications like cycleways and footpaths, it connects to an IBC storage tank via cam-lock fixings. The saturator is filled with salt, while the IBC holds water. An integrated pump mixes them into a brine solution, with strength adjustable via a refractometer by adding more salt or water.
As it isn’t permanently attached, the Microsol can fill multiple IBCs, allowing brine stockpiling for peak demand. It can be loaded with tonne bags via forklift or manually with bagged salt. While any salt type is usable, Peacock recommends 99% pure Marine De-Icing Salt to minimise cleaning and optimise efficiency.
